Latemar, Val di Fiemme and Obereggen, in other words perfect slopes and any kinds of runs, winter sports for every tastes, fairy landscapes and family-sized ski domain, ideal for beginners as well as for experienced skiers.

The Ski Center Latemar – Val di Fiemme – Obereggen includes 5 renowned ski resorts: Alpe Lusia, Ski Center Latemar, Passo Lavazè – Oclini, Alpe Cermis and Passo Rolle, in total 110 km of excellent slopes. The area stretches over Val di Fiemme, at the foot of the stunning peaks of the Pala group, the Latemar, the Monte Corno and the Lagorai. This ski resort offers a long lasting snow season, usually from December to April, this thanks to modern snowmaking systems, and to its sunny slopes. The Val di Fiemme – Obereggen ski resorts is one of the most popular winter destinations, well-known among families thanks to the wide choice of activities tourists can practice.

The ski area features different kinds of slopes, all well-prepared and ready to amaze every kind of skier. Alpine ski enthusiasts can choose among various tracks, always plunged into incredible landscapes in the sign of sun and a lot of fun. The most famous runs include the Pala di Santa and the Cinque Nazioni in the Ski Center Latemar, the Paradiso piste on Passo Rolle and the Olimpia piste on Alpe Cermis. Cross country lovers will find up-to-date centers as the one on the plateau of Passo Lavazè e and the one close to the lake of Tesero, as well as the trails of Predazzo and Bellamonte. Besides being part of the SuperNordicSkipass network, Val di Fiemme is a well-known international meeting point for Nordic Skiing, in fact in 2013 the area will host once again the Nordic World Ski Championships, which already took place in 1991 and 2003. Among the most popular sport events are also the Marcialonga, in January, the FIS Tour de Ski and the Lavazèloppet.

Snowboarders can choose among several snow parks where to swing their boards, among these are the Morea Snowboard Park on Alpe Lusia, the Snowboard Park Obereggen in the Ski Center Latemar and the Rolle Raiz Park on Passo Rolle. Even children will get their fun with ski kindergartens and training camps where they can learn to ski having fun: the most popular are Regno dei Draghi (the kingdom of dragons) and Regno di Cermislandia (the kingdom of Cermislandia).

The Ski Center Latemar – Val di Fiemme – Obereggen features also several ski schools, which offer freeride, telemark, and snowboard courses with professional and qualified instructors.

As an alternative to skiing you can choose to take part in guided snowshoe hikes, winter walks in the heart of the nature reserve Parco Naturale Paneveggio Pale di San Martino, exciting races on the Alpine Coaster or practice ski mountaineering. Not to miss ice skating and Nordic Walking.
