Colfosco/Kollfuschg

At the extreme southern extremity of the Natural Park Puez-Odle, protected from the imposing massif of Sella and from the Sassonogher, Colfosco is the highest inhabited center of Alta Badia (1645m) and the suggestive atmosphere makes it a longed destination in winter as well as in summer.
The kitchen presents a lot of local recipes, real masterworks of gastronomy: panicia (barley soup), turtes (stuffed fritters)...
For the lovers of skiing, over Colfosco there is a funny ski area with a wonderful view on the Mezdì Valley and on the Sassonogher. The area is served by a 4-seat chair lift with automatic coupling.
