Obereggen
Obereggen is a little town with 900 inhabitants, at the foot of the majestic Latemar group.
Its name is strictly connected to the winter season, and, with no doubts, it is to the skiing carousel, one among the most modern and efficient in the Dolomites, that the town owe its fame.
50 km of excellent tracks, for any level, some illuminated by night and equipped with chronometers are at the disposal of the lovers of skiing, snowboard, telemark, carving, skibob… whose fun is always guarantee thanks to a programmed snow system, which ensure the perfect track condition all the winter long.
Obereggen, however is not only synonym of snow.
With the coming of summer summer, in fact, the ski runs and the paths cover with green and allow the mountaineers and the simple tourists to have a walk among the woods and exploit all the incredible opportunities the Latemar group offers.
Moreover it is possible to exploit the Latemar slopes for paragliding and enjoy a superb view of the whole area.
