Castello Molina di Fiemme
Castello and Molina, together with Predaia and Stramentizzo, form the westernmost municipality of Val di Fiemme. Thanks to their exceptionally beautiful scenery, embracing the Nature Reserve of Monte Corno, the Latemar and the Lagorai Mountain Range, the two resorts are destinations of a tourism favoring a balance between activity and relaxation.
Practicing outdoor sports is here quite a pleasant experience, thanks to the beautiful landscapes, the clear blue sky and the pure air which is typical of unpolluted regions. Every season offers you the chance to practice many sports: cross-country skiing in the near center of the Lavazè-Oclini Pass and on the 150 km trails of a valley that hosted twice the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, and is preparing to host the third in 2013; Alpine skiing on Alpe del Cermis; snowshoeing or ski mountaineering along the many trails.
In spring and summer the area is perfect for practicing trekking, Nordic walking and mountain biking; moreover, both Castello and Molina are perfect starting points for the cycle track winding along the valley.
