The Fassa Valley is one of the most appreciated mountain resorts; the "fairy of the Dolomites", Moena or Canazei, under the dolomite passes Sella and Pordoi, are signifying names of ideal places for one white week holiday. Even in a modern vacation capital as Moena it is possible to find out very well conserved corners. The net of paths is hundred of kilometres long. The " excursion poles " are the Roda di Vael and Catinaccio, Val Duron, Sasso Piatto-Sasso Lungo and Pordoi. You can follow thematic routes like the Sentiero della Pace, from the range of Bocche, over Passo San Pellegrino, to Costabella until the Marmolada, or the classic destination to Rigugio Gardeccia Shelter, at the foot of Catinaccio. 51 alpine guides at disposition: in Campitello the alpine tradition is strong. What mountain-bike concerns, the zones of Fuciade are advisable, over San Pellegrino, or the Rampilonga Track, particularly fit to the most resistant (5 hours, Km 42, m 1800 of height difference).
